Board members are easily approachable, and there is a low threshold to give them feedback or development ideas.

The board makes decisions with sufficient speed and transparency.

3. Jos nostan esiin huolen tai epäkohdan, hallitus ottaa sen vakavasti ja käsittelee asian.
If I raise a concern or an issue, the board takes it seriously and addresses it.

4. Nykyinen hallitus on pätevä hoitamaan tehtäväänsä.
The current board is competent and well-equipped to handle its duties.

5. Minulla on aidosti mahdollisuus vaikuttaa yhdistyksen toimintaan.
I have a genuine opportunity to influence the activities of the association.
